Vendor Rules and Regulations
Our spaces are 12 x 12 and cost $48.00 a weekend. Our building is heated and air-conditioned and kept very clean.
You are welcome to bring everything you need to set up in the market, but, if you need to rent a table they are 2’x8′ and cost $2.00 per day per table.
Power is an additional charge of $3.00 per day, for up to 350 watts . All vendors must use a surge protector, no drop cords are allowed.
Any food or drink item must be approved by the office before you are allowed to sell them.
If you are selling food that will be consumed on the premises there is a $10 vending fee per weekend.
Also, if you’re playing music please keep the volume to a minimum so as not to disturb your neighbor.
