Thanks for your interest in renting space at Cooks Flea Market! Please complete the following information to submit your request for booking a space with us. After submitting your request a representative will be in contact with you to complete your reservation.

Booth Pricing

Spaces are 12 x 12 or 10 x 10 and start at $59.00 a weekend.

Our building is heated and air-conditioned and kept very clean. You can call and book in advance or fill out the REQUEST TO BOOK SPACE form at the top of the page.

A Facilities Fee applies to all sellers:

$8/Weekend

OUTDOOR TABLE Pricing

Outdoor Table spaces are 8 x 4 and cost $15 a day. Includes 8 x 2 table.

EXTRAS

Tables and Electricity

You can rent tables to use in your space (2'x8') - $5/weekend

Electricity is $4/day for up to 350 watts. All vendors must use a surge protector, no drop cords are allowed.

Food Vendors

Any food or drink item must be approved by the office before you are allowed to sell them.

If you are selling food that will be consumed on the premises there is a $12 vending fee per weekend.
